Abstract: This guide was developed with the aim to provide initial and basic guidelines so&#xD;
that immigrants and refugees can easily find the necessary pieces of information for their insertion and stay in the chosen destination. Through NAIR - beyond the welcome supportthe aim of this guide is to diffuse studies about migration dynamics among the academic community.&#xD;
 This material is divided into five essays with students' perspectives and researches&#xD;
on migrations in the Social Sciences, International Relations, Medicine, and Psychology fields. Currently, migrants and refugees' subjects are widely discussed. This topic's presence is rising on political debates, therefore, understanding this theme becomes essential.</summary>
