Abstract: Escenarios complejos y desfavorables sirven muchas veces de

Abstract: The present work is an excerpt of a Scientific Initiation research recently completed within the
scope of the State University of Alagoas. The Escola 10 Program, implemented in 2018 in
Alagoas, has presented accountability practices, based on large-scale evaluations, regulation of
teaching work, school rankings and awards, as mechanisms of accountability and
accountability of school institutions and their teachers, who will materialize with the
performances presented by the students in standardized tests. The research has as a problem:
How the results of external evaluations have been articulated with the educational
accountability policy in the State of Alagoas, based on the Escola 10 Program?. The objective of
this study is to analyze the articulations between state and national external evaluations and the
educational accountability policy, through the Escola 10 Program. The investigation has a
qualitative approach, adopting the bibliographic review and document analysis, and as a
technique for analyzing the data, content analysis. Therefore, we conclude that the Program
has been successful, through the elevation of educational indicators and the adhesion and
commitment of the 102 municipalities, reducing educational quality to quantitative aspects and
bonuses for schools and teachers.

Abstract: The citizenship in the school environment becomes a relevant topic as we have a Constitution that is
considered as a “citizen constitution”, marking the norms that guide the Brazilian State. In this sense,
this study aims to analyze the history of Brazilian education and its link with citizenship, as well as
what the official documents that govern Brazilian education regarding citizenship point out. This
study is a bibliographic review that discuss and presents what the following Brazilian documents
bring in relation to the development of citizenship at school: Law of Guidelines and Bases (LDB),
National Education Plan (PNE), National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN), and National Guidelines on
Human Rights Education (DNEDH). The prevalence of citizenship is evident in all documents
governing national education. It should be noted that despite the responsibilities being defined, there
are still no rules of federative cooperation sufficiently regulated. It results in a discontinuity of
policies, scarcity of resources, disarticulation of programs, among other problems that have been
occurring for some time in Brazil, making it difficult to actual practice what is found in the
documents.

Abstract: Research on Inequality of Opportunities regarding access to education is built from a purely
statistical perspective, neglecting subjective and qualitative factors for a deeper understanding of
reality. Thus, the work makes notes that focus on the perspective of contributing to a theory of
practice from the strengthening of the understanding of the structures, mainly the reading and
interpretation of the school structure, and the relationships established in/with the subjects for the
perception of the adopted dispositions. during the school trajectory towards the intersectionality of
the structures. It follows an essayistic and agonistic writing with notes that unveil and expand the
debate on the need to include subjectivities for a better understanding of reality.
