Título: Direito ao desenvolvimento: Agenda 2030 e a efetivação do objetivo fundamental de erradicação da pobreza no Brasil Autor(es): Siqueira, Eva Cecília Trindade; Machado, Carlos Augusto Alcântara Abstract: This article, through the study of the right to development in the national and international area, intends to analyze the guidelines used by the United Nations to eradicate poverty, a fundamental objective from the 1988 Federal Constitution. Briefly, the public policies implemented during the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Agenda by 2015 were verified, the advances resulting from the initiative in the Brazilian context, and the main challenges to be overcome in the 2030 Agenda. To this end, the inductive approach method was used, through the collection and analysis of statistical data, bibliographic and documentary research on the subject.

Título: Sobre a autonomia universitária, liberdade de cátedra e o projeto de lei “escola sem partido” Autor(es): Santos Neto, José Leite dos; Cardoso, Henrique Ribeiro Abstract: The present paper seeks to analyze the constitutional and pedagogical principles of academic or teaching freedom and university autonomy before the bill designed by the movement “SchoolWithout Party". After promoting the study of the legal-pedagogical content of these principles, it is possible to conclude that the freedom of education limitation defended is unconstitutional. But this does not prevent from conforming the educational planning in order for the University to propagatean epistemologically full and scientifically ethical knowledge, without the educator conceals, in a deliberate and ideological form, part of the studied scientific object.
