Título: O processo de implementação da curricularização nos cursos do Centro de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas da Universidade Federal de Sergipe Autor(es): Freitas, Taís Mirela Araujo Abstract: Este trabajo de conclusión de curso tuvo como objetivo analizar el proceso de institucionalización de la curricularización de la extensión en los cursos del Centro de Ciencias Sociales Aplicadas de la Universidad Federal de Sergipe. Para ello, se buscó identificar las estrategias y normativas internas adoptadas por la Universidad, mapear los ajustes curriculares y administrativos incorporados a los Proyectos Pedagógicos de Curso y analizar las percepciones de la gestión sobre los impactos de esta política en la formación académica y profesional de los estudiantes. La investigación se configura como un estudio de caso con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollado mediante análisis documental y entrevistas semiestructuradas con la ex prorrectora de Extensión y la directora del Centro.Los resultados indican que el proceso de institucionalización de la curricularización de la extensión en el Centro se encuentra en fase de objetivación o semiinstitucionalización, caracterizada por presiones isomórficas de naturaleza normativa y coercitiva, derivadas de las exigencias impuestas a los departamentos para la actualización de sus proyectos pedagógicos. Asimismo, el avance del proceso está condicionado por obstáculos burocráticos, demandas administrativas e interpretaciones divergentes de las orientaciones nacionales, lo que explica las variaciones en el ritmo de implementación entre los cursos y evidencia que el proceso se mantiene en fase de construcción en la Universidad.

Título: Marketing digital para profissionais da saúde : proposta de guia prático Autor(es): Miranda, Stéfane de Sales Abstract: Digital marketing has become an essential tool for healthcare professionals, enabling greater reach, credibility building, and stronger relationships with patients. However, the use of these strategies still faces challenges related to ethics, regulation, and the efficient use of data. This study aims to propose a practical guide to support healthcare professionals in the strategic and ethical application of digital marketing, based on the analysis of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Business Intelligence tools. The research was conducted through a systematic literature review and a qualitative approach, carried out through interviews with three healthcare and marketing professionals. The results indicated that legal uncertainty, misinformation, and difficulties in interpreting metrics are the main obstacles faced. The resulting guide provides guidelines for the implementation of well-founded, accessible, and legally compliant digital strategies, contributing to the optimization of results and the strengthening of communication between professionals and patients.

Título: A atuação secretarial nas presidências das câmaras municipais do estado de Sergipe Autor(es): Cruz, Reynood José da Silva Abstract: This research analyzes the role of the secretariat in the presidencies of municipal councils in the ten largest municipalities of Sergipe. It is a descriptive and exploratory study, with a qualitative approach, based on the analysis of bylaws, laws, and resolutions that address the administrative structure of these institutions. The objective was to examine the performance of the secretariat in the presidencies of municipal councils in the state of Sergipe. The results indicate the absence of formal secretariat positions, with these functions being carried out by individuals in trust-based roles, without proper training or technical qualifications. This reality highlights a gap in the professionalization of advisory support to the presidency, undermining the efficiency of administrative activities. The lack of qualified professionals reveals the fragility of municipal legislative management, particularly in supporting the routines of the presidency. It is concluded that it is urgent to rethink the organizational structure of the councils, recognizing the secretary professional as a strategic agent in optimizing internal processes.

Título: Rotinas administrativas e a profissão de secretariado executivo : um estudo de caso na Universidade Federal de Sergipe Autor(es): Negromonte, Natália de Jesus Soares Abstract: The main objective of this study was to analyze the administrative routines of the secretariat of the Postgraduate Program in Water Resources at the Federal University of Sergipe, based on the role of the Executive Secretary, in order to propose changes that improve the efficiency of the procedures and processes carried out weekly in this department. To achieve this goal, a bibliographic survey was conducted using relevant keywords in the Web of Science, SciELO databases, and Google Scholar, with a publication timeframe of the last ten years. Additionally, a documentary analysis of legislation related to the Executive Secretary profession and related areas was performed. The methodological approach of the study is qualitative, using the case study technique based on the experience of the outsourced employee. An overload of activities was diagnosed, and based on the descriptions of the administrative routines, improvements were proposed to streamline and prioritize tasks throughout the week, in accordance with the institution's availability.
