Abstract: Accessibility in software is essential to ensure access to digital systems for visually impaired individuals. Although consolidated guidelines and support tools exist, accessibility is not yet fully integrated into software development processes. This work proposes and evaluates a structured process for assessing accessibility in web software, focusing on visually impaired individuals. The research developed an action-research methodology, allowing the practical application of the process in real projects through the use of automated evaluation tools. The results indicate that automated tools are effective in identifying recurring accessibility flaws, mainly related to the absence of labels and the inappropriate use of semantic elements. However, it was observed that simply identifying flaws does not guarantee their correction, highlighting the need to integrate accessibility into the software engineering process.</summary>

Abstract: Computational thinking is one of the essential skills in the current era of knowledge, and must be developed since basic education. The use of games in education is a strategy that has been used with the purpose of engaging students, making the learning process ludic and thus more effective. This course completion work, which is linked to a PhD research in the Postgraduate Program in Education at this University, aims to produce a digital game that enables high school students to develop the four pillars of computational thinking. For this, a script was created with the “pirate” theme and respective challenges. Solving the challenges requires the adoption of one or more pillars of computational thinking. The pixel art style was chosen for the visual design, both because of the facility for drawing characters, objects and scenes, and the little requirements of hardware to execute it. In total, thirteen challenges were planned, but only three were implemented, due to lack of time. To finalize the implementation and carry out the testing stages, an external research project is underway within the Computing Department of the Federal University of Sergipe, with two more student researchers.</summary>

Abstract: When building an automobile, a car product line may use the same body and engine to build a specific car model. Different parts allow the creation of different cars. This same parts reuse procedure can also be used in software through a Software Product Line (SPL). In an SPL a common code contains the components considered base that are used for the creation of all products in the line. Variations in components allow the creation of different products. An SPL is always implemented in a given domain. The domain chosen for the SPL of this work is the trade of micro and small enterprises. The features implemented within the SPL were: dashboard, sales control, item, employee, customer, and notify customer. For the SPL construction, the following technologies were used: Node.js, React, Next.js and TypeScript. To validate the proposed SPL, a pilot experiment was initially carried out with four participants who gave suggestions and criticisms. The final experiment to validate the SPL was carried out with eleven participants who gave their opinions on the proposed SPL. It was used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to collect data about the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and intention of use of the proposed SPL. The results showed that the SPL was considered easy to use (mean 4.37 out of 5.00), was considered useful (4.25 out of 5.00) and that the participants intend to use SPL (4.22 out of 5.00) in the future. It is expected that the proposed SPL may benefit the trade sector for micro and small companies, because this SPL will assist managers in decision making, and better communication with its customers. Moreover, there may be a possible productivity gain of its employees</summary>

Abstract: The need for decentralization and the absence of an overview of business processes leads to communication and efficiency problems performing these processes. Many organizations have adhered to business process management aims to improve efficiency. Process mapping is the first step to deploying process-based organization management since it describes and publishes the processes. Defining a methodology able to map processes delivering value in an agile way is a challenge faced by many organizations. In this context, this work proposes a methodology for mapping business processes called BPMScrum. A case study was applied at the Federal University of Sergipe using the proposed methodology to map 144 business processes. To assess the acceptance of the BPMScrum methodology, we surveyed 9 participants who had their business processes mapped. The results showed a degree of satisfaction always above 70% in all stages of the proposed methodology,</summary>
