    <summary type="text">Título: Percentual de evasão, conclusão e formação no prazo regular na licenciatura em química da Universidade Federal de Sergipe/Campus Professor Alberto Carvalho

Abstract: This paper presents the results of na initial diagnosis of dropout and completion rate in the Chemistry  Degree  course  at  the  Federal  University  of Sergipe/ItabaianaCampus.  The research  was  developed  from  a  document  analysis  during  the  academic  period  2018/2 (October 2018 to April 2019). The documents available for data identification were extracted from Integrated Academic Activities Management System (SIGAA). It was accessed throughreports from the course coordinator`s portal. The reports analyzed were those of newcomers to the course in the period (2006.2 to 2017.2) and those of graduates of the course by year and period (2010.1 to 2018.1). The data suggest the need for actions to attract graduates of Basic Education to the course. As well as the continuity of the research, to understand the reasons for decrease in the number of newcomers, increase of evasion and decrease in the percentage of graduates and graduates in the regular period.</summary>
