Abstract: The recycling of PET plastic bottles has gained interest due to its contribution to reducing plastic
waste in landfills and helping preserve natural resources. This article focused on analyzing aspects
of product development for obtaining posts made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
The stages of obtaining the posts are described, and the results obtained with each technical tool
used are presented. The product development management model proposed by Rozenfeld et al.
(2006) was used as a reference framework, specifically the pre-development macro phase. The
Mudge method and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) were used to determine the importance
level of customer specifications. The functional analysis systematic technique (FAST) diagram
and a morphological matrix were employed in the development macro phase to specify the
function of each machine part and its functions in subsequent stages. Innovations are
recommended to optimize the recycling process and improve the quality of the posts, contributing
to the continuous improvement of recycling techniques and promoting sustainable development.

Abstract: The study presents the case analysis of the order process, distribution and order delivery of an
egg-producing poultry company. Through functional and structural analysis applied to the
involved sectors, process restructuring was achieved, successfully resolving delivery delays and
high frequency of defective products.

Abstract: This article aims to improve quality by determining the main problems in the hot-dip galvanizing
line, which cause process inefficiency and therefore an increase in production costs in a company
that is dedicated to the galvanizing of iron materials to be used in different applications. The
application of quality and production elements is carried out, these being; Problem prioritization
matrix, the process SIPOC, plus the Process Matrix using the QFD method. Through them it was
possible to identify that the high consumption of zinc in the process line, the variability of the
coating layer of the galvanized material and the dissatisfaction of customers due to deliveries of
products out of specification are the main problems presented in the organization; In addition,
there are analysis tables, flowcharts for a better understanding of the process and cases.

Autor(es): Albuquerque, Ana Fernanda; Pereira, Laís Manuelle Santos; Ferreira, Alexsandra Silva; Santos, Ítalo Batista; Almeida, Glaucia Regina de Oliveira
Abstract: The work environment is a complex system, as it presents factors that interact with each other and
the worker, such as: environmental, psychosocial, physical, and others, which, when not aligned,
can harm working conditions and interfere with the quality of working life. Ergonomics studies
the circumstances of work, seeking to optimize it through ergonomic research prioritizing
workers' health. Work in offices is based on the use of the computer with working hours that
require the worker to sit for a long time, which reflects negative results on health such as
musculoskeletal disorders, physical and ocular tension, among others. Therefore, ergonomics
seeks to provide health promotion interventions, preventing problems for the worker. This article
aimed to carry out an Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) at the workplace of an administrative
assistant in a Municipal Secretariat and propose improvements. The chosen establishment is
located in Penedo-Alagoas. In this study, the following stages were carried out: bibliographical
research, observation in loco, data collection, diagnosis and recommendations. Based on the
results obtained, changes were suggested in the work environment and system and the inclusion
of breaks and Labor Gymnastics in order to minimize labor complaints.
