Abstract: The cocoa market in Brazil is of great importance for the country's economic development. Today,&#xD;
Brazil is the fifth largest cocoa producer in the world, with Pará being the second largest producer&#xD;
in the country, behind only the state of Bahia, it is still noticeable that these figures could be better&#xD;
in some municipalities of the state of Para, but often because of the lack of incentives and even&#xD;
knowledge, satisfactory goals are not always achieved. This work aimed to identify the root&#xD;
causes of the problem of low productivity in a cocoa crop located in the Nova Jutaí community,&#xD;
Breu Branco-PA, in order to analyze the causes and propose intervention measures to improve&#xD;
the level of productivity. The method used was the data collection through Brainstormings with&#xD;
farmers in the community, with the data obtained it was possible to draw up a cause and effect&#xD;
diagram, where, according to the authors, the most urgent cause is the lack of knowledge of&#xD;
farmers with regard to management in a correct manner, an analysis of the method of the 5&#xD;
Porques was also carried out, in which the root cause was the lack of incentive for cacauculture&#xD;
in the community. Intervention measures were proposed, among them the training of farmers for&#xD;
the correct management.</description>

Abstract: The development of industrial activity generally means increasing the consumption of natural&#xD;
resources such as water and thus the emission of an aqueous solution without waste residues. The&#xD;
following is a video that fit the profile is a textile industry. In this sense, an electroflocculation is&#xD;
presented as an alternative treatment of tailings generated in the branch, configuring a method of&#xD;
electrochemical character that is based on a generation of gas bubbles (in general H2), which&#xD;
allows the substitution of flocculant additives. . Therefore, the present article has resulted in the&#xD;
efficiency of the effluent process generated for the industry in the city of Juazeiro-BA. As a result&#xD;
of a case study, a reduction of 95.77% in COD was observed, 93.88% in phosphorus&#xD;
concentration, 98.75% reduction in turbidity level, and 92.21% in the quantitative concentrate of&#xD;
solids and large and 99.17% of effluent clarification, on average.</description>

Abstract: With the world increasingly globalized, the use of the Supply Chain management approach has&#xD;
become an important tool that makes it possible, among other things, to be close to its suppliers.&#xD;
However, when there is no good relationship between the company and suppliers, the rate of&#xD;
conflicts increases, making them both impacting. In view of this, the general objective of the&#xD;
investigation was to verify how to improve the supply chain management in the Restaurant&#xD;
Option/Se, minimizing the relationship problems with suppliers. The methodology used is a&#xD;
qualitative exploratory research, using as tool of data collection the 5W2H tool. Based on the&#xD;
results found it is suggested the construction of another environment separate from the entrance&#xD;
of the establishment. In this way, the well-being of the customer would be preserved, as a good&#xD;
relationship with suppliers. Therefore, screen research has provided a greater understanding of&#xD;
the essentiality and effectiveness of proper supply chain management, since without it the&#xD;
company will not be able to progress in its course of activity.</description>

Abstract: Nowadays, competitiveness has become an indispensable issue for companies. Therefore, the&#xD;
organization that presents a better management has advantages over the competition. This project&#xD;
aims to provide a model of stock management to assist the decision making regarding the planning&#xD;
and control of the production in a micro-enterprise of the textile sector located in the interior of&#xD;
the state of São Paulo. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a bibliographic review was&#xD;
carried out primarily in relation to the ABC classification and inventory replenishment policies.&#xD;
Later, a case study was developed in the cited company. It is concluded that the purpose of the&#xD;
work is to present an efficient stock management model to assist in decision making and ensure&#xD;
good planning within the organization. It is concluded that presenting an efficient inventory&#xD;
management model to assist in decision making and ensure good planning within the&#xD;
organization, involves applying several auxiliary tools for production planning and control, and&#xD;
those used in this can provide significant improvements to this micro-enterprise.</description>
