Estudo dos impactos causados no rendimento pelos microrganismos na etapa de fermentação

Título: Estudo dos impactos causados no rendimento pelos microrganismos na etapa de fermentação
Autor(es): Oliveira, Gabriel Martins; Silva, Thayna Farias
Abstract: The aim of this paper is to review the literature on the impacts without fermentative yield of
ethanol production by microorganism. The methodology used was a bibliographic study, as
research source were used: Internet documents, scientific articles available on scientific platforms
and handouts for alcohol manufacture. The results were qualitative, being defined and
approximated or researched by observation, fostering discussions about: ethanol production,
alcoholic fermentation, microbial contamination, conditions that cause contamination,
contaminating microorganisms, performance and forms of contamination control. Thus, through
the comparative debate of the data, it is noted whether the control of factors such as: pH,
temperature, osmotic pressure and °Brix; directly and indirectly influences the proliferation of
microorganisms that brings harm to the fermentation and consequently to the fermentative yield.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to analyze the problems and restrictions that exist for choosing the
best route for the owner of a snack bar in the municipality of Penedo / AL. Through this analysis,
with the help of LINDO software to study the best route that reaches all points where the
businesswoman must go, seeking optimization time, shorter distance, with this, lower fuel cost.
Operational Research is a proposed tool for solving successive routing problems through a linear
programming language development and Lindo. After applying the routing mathematical
parameter one can see the efficiency in route optimization and with this the reduction in fuel costs.

Autor(es): Silva, Diewelly Maria; Santos, Elenilson Rivando; Oliveira, Talia Farias
Abstract: The 5S program methodology is considered as one of the main initial tools that are applied with
the intention of acquiring greater efficiency in systems where a quality management system is
sought. The objective of this work is to apply the 5S program as well as to analyze the organization
of the workspace of a refrigerator maintenance company located in the city of Penedo, in the state
of Alagoas, making a comparative study of all the proposed improvements according to the
application of the 5 senses. Periodic visits were made to the enterprise with further development
of the improvement proposals. The main suggestions for improvement are to change the layout
and workstation, as well as a greater concern with the work safety of employees. As suggestions,
they were passed on to management for later application in the production process.

Abstract: Sugarcane is the main raw material for ethanol production and the efficiency of the fermentation
process is directly linked to its quality. The objective of this paper is to analyze the laboratory
routine on the control of biological contamination that can impair the quality of fermentation in a
sugarcane plant. The follow-up of microbiological analyzes, in fermented must and treated yeast,
was made daily and following the routine of the laboratory responsible for verifying production
management and quality control. The study showed that the analyzed samples have characteristics
that meet the quality standards of ethanol productivity, and also prove that the performance of
these analyzes ensures the maintenance of the yeast volume used during the harvest, enabling a
more cost effective, efficient process that does not affect the quality of the desired product.
