Abstract: Said titled Intervention Plan "Intersectorial regarding the social assistance network in the Rights Guarantee System in schools" is presented as a challenge to the promotion of a cyclical analysis on the work of professionals and institutions that make up the Guarantee System Rights of Children and Adolescents in the City of Monte Alegre-SE. To understand the issue in question is a study on the intersectionality between Rights Guarantee System of Children and Adolescents and the social assistance network in schools is necessary, seeking to define the roles of each entity that makes up the SGDCA and its importance for the promotion, protection and defense of children's rights juvenile. However, within this discussion is essential to analyst on the historical trajectory of juvenile children's rights, this discussion involving the rights protection system in Brazil. After the theory part to prepare an assessment of the performance of professionals and institutions that make up the Protection Network, based on the State College January 28. Resulting ultimately in developing a focused plan of action not only in the school of reality, but facing all the institutions of SGDCA. Aiming thus fostering the discussion on the relationship between the entities that comprise the Rights Guarantee System of Children and Adolescents in schools based on principles of intersectional, with the protagonist of the municipal council of children's rights-CMDCA and Monte Alegre-SE.</description>

Abstract: This intervention project is based on the context ascertained at the Municipal School of Education Professor Nubian Marques, specifically with the students of 3rd year and where it identified the need to understand the relationships between children and adolescents, armed violence and inserted in this educational context. By behavior, we realized the deficiency of knowledge of the ECA (Statute of Children and Adolescents), which clarifies the rights and duties, while the interference situations arising from issues of social expressions. Thus, it was awakened the need to hold a policy work, using teaching strategies that streamline the time and attract the public interest in question. Therefore some issues such as ethics, respect, solidarity, sexual abuse and exploitation of children and adolescents should be worked, as are items needed to build an identity, as well as requirements for the interrelations. Methodologically was used methodological instruments for obtaining answers which contributed to the perception of abnormalities in young people's behavior at certain times. However the intervention project is directed to guidance to students and to establishing the Statute of Children and Adolescents, involving guidelines that cover the responsibilities of the family as most responsible and the school as co-participate in the educational process.</description>

Abstract: The intervention project was developed at the Municipal School Adelina Maria Santana Souza, located in Lizard city center with the divisions of 5ºs years of the morning shift. The same offer elementary school I and II, in the morning and afternoon shifts and the Youth and Adult Education (EJA) at night. The project proposes to bring knowledge to the whole school community, especially for students and teachers, seeking to recognize the lack of information and knowledge on the Status of Children and Adolescents, by teachers, and train multipliers to intervene in the applicability of the statute . Proposing a survey on the knowledge of teachers and students, and the execution of an Intervention Project according to the results presented. The actions are aimed at building the capacity of the subjects themselves to see the world through different eyes, changing the reality and realizing networking, encouraging the appreciation of children and adolescents. It was chosen as the research methodology, the qualitative methodology in the form of research-action. Where was conducted visitations to the school environment and applied questionnaires to teachers and students to investigate the knowledge of the ECA. It is remarkable how the teachers do not care about this issue, because a good part of respondents knows little about the ACE, or confess that really address this issue very little, we came across this way, with the most illogical of school reality.</description>

Abstract: This intervention work, held at the Escola Municipal Ruy Trindade, located in Quixaba community Paripiranga-BA, through practice and experience, addresses issues surrounding the children’s rights assurance system and adolescents bringing a clipping from the historical context on the trajectory of human rights and children and adolescents and contains the social context, cultural and economic development of the searched location. For performing surgery, the project went through some steps, ranging from observation to the practice itself and the data analysis. The project's main objective, to inform the population and promoting awareness of these rights, also discussing the duties of every citizen. The relevance of the project is not so only able to take the community notions of rights and duties, but also sensitize it active in the reaffirmation and implementation of citizenship rights. This paper is divided into three chapters with subdivisions, and the first place to deal on guarantees of the rights and duties of children and adolescents; the second to the diagnosis of local reality and the last to interventional practice. To perform the interventional step, it was suggested the exchange of roles between members of the school community (students, teachers and parents), aiming more expressive and significant results; after practices, an interview guide was used for data analysis and consequently they have been raised monitoring actions, in order to promote changes in local conditions, providing a healthier environment for children and adolescents, as well as for the whole community.</description>
