Abstract: Since 2022, the Divisão de Memória Institucional (DMI) of the Sistema de&#xD;
Bibliotecas e Informação (SiBI) at UFRJ has implemented virtual exhibitions as an innovative&#xD;
strategy for scientific dissemination and institutional memory preservation. This qualitative&#xD;
experience report, linked to a Scientific Initiation scholarship, describes the curation process,&#xD;
which involved research in archives and the use of digital technologies to democratize access&#xD;
to knowledge. By addressing historical and heritage themes of UFRJ, the exhibitions expand&#xD;
the University's reach and strengthen the bond between academia and society. It is concluded&#xD;
that these initiatives not only enhance the training of those involved but also consolidate UFRJ's&#xD;
role as a promoter of memory, justice, and reparation, highlighting the relevance of digital&#xD;
transformations in academic and social contexts.</description>

Abstract: This present work is part of a broader academic master's degree research on&#xD;
women's work in shopping center food courts. As an initial stage, this work will be centered on&#xD;
a bibliographical research on women's work and the shopping center. To do so, we carried out&#xD;
a survey of what has been produced in the literature and its gaps. This bibliographical research&#xD;
was carried out collecting works in various places such as the Brazilian Digital Library of&#xD;
Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog, Scielo,&#xD;
ResearchGate and Google Scholar, using keywords such as “shopping center”, “work”,&#xD;
“women’s work”, “flexibility”.</description>

Abstract: This study critically reviews the Inova Educação Program, implemented by SEDUCSP to modernize public education. Focusing on digital skills, socio-emotional development,&#xD;
entrepreneurial education, teacher workload, and resource access inequality, the research&#xD;
analyzed 17 studies published between 2021 and 2024. Inova Educação introduces important&#xD;
curriculum innovations but faces challenges, such as increased teacher workload and disparities&#xD;
in school resources, which may widen existing inequalities. The standardization of practices&#xD;
and lack of institutional support have led to teacher resistance. It is concluded that, to be&#xD;
effective, the program requires public policies that ensure adequate support and infrastructure&#xD;
while respecting the unique contexts of each school.</description>
