This qualitative experience report, linked to a Scientific Initiation scholarship, describes the curation process, which involved research in archives and the use of digital technologies to democratize access to knowledge. By addressing historical and heritage themes of UFRJ, the exhibitions expand the University's reach and strengthen the bond between academia and society. Focusing on digital skills, socio-emotional development, entrepreneurial education, teacher workload, and resource access inequality, the research analyzed 17 studies published between 2021 and 2024. Inova Educação introduces important curriculum innovations but faces challenges, such as increased teacher workload and disparities in school resources, which may widen existing inequalities. The standardization of practices and lack of institutional support have led to teacher resistance. It is concluded that, to be effective, the program requires public policies that ensure adequate support and infrastructure while respecting the unique contexts of each school. 2024-10-01T00:00:00Z
