Abstract: This project seeks necessary bases that support authoritarianism, autonomy, authority in the classroom, through an intervention, based on the theories of authors who address on the subject discussed, it aims to make a diagnosis by analyzing the collected result data a qualitative and quantitative exploratory research, demonstrating the importance of finding proposals coming from the school teacher-student relationship conflicts Silvia Ferreira Brito, is located at João Fernandes da Gama street, center, in Ribeira do Pombal, Bahia, and thus, suggest alternatives in order to develop actions, expectations, mediation, guidance, talks involving the school environment, in addressing the problems. This schooll is medium in size, within the geographical region of the Semiarid Northeast II of Bahia, has 53 teachers working in three shifts namely, morning, afternoon and nortuno, with over 1600 students, between 10 and 29 years, offering primary education , medium and adult education, the work aims to analyze the focus of tension between teacher and student as autonomy, authority, authoritarianism in the classroom, a survey conducted in August and November 2015.</description>

Abstract: The project has as its theme the indiscipline in the school room, having as objective: to Minimize the causes of indiscipline on Luiz Municipal school fields. It was developed a field research with teachers, principal and 06 30 elementary school students from the city of Santa Luzia the Itanhy, in which they were carried out questionnaire in order to understand their conceptions about the indiscipline in the classroom. For teachers, the indiscipline is related to disrespect the rules caused mainly by family disorganization and lack of limits of the parents, the students is related mainly to the lack of authority of the teachers and the lack of interest of students by the school. Based on this diagnosis we propose an intervention project involving faculty, students and staff at the school policy to promote a reflection and a job in order to ease the ill-discipline in the classroom.</description>

Abstract: This study aims to present the reality of the realization of infant juvenile rights in the school community in which it is installed the State School Antonio Muniz de Souza in the city of Poço Verde, State of Sergipe, proposing an intervention with actions that seek to address the factors that act unlike the proposed new citizenship for children and adolescents. In his theoretical approaches, the work presents considerations about the process of evolution of the concept of childhood and adolescence and construction of infant juvenile rights. The research is the the environments State School Antonio Muniz de Souza and the community in which it is installed, and the research subjects, the said school personnel and members of the school community. For the research we used the quantitative and qualitative method which made it possible to combine the objective reality with the subjective character information. The survey results demonstrate that even after nearly three decades of the enactment of the Children and teenager, society still strong resistance explicit to recognize the hedging instruments and own infant juvenile rights. Thus, the paper proposes an Intervention Plan with the objective of contributing to the spread of real sense of children's human rights and adolescents, seeking thereby provide the community the possibility of overcoming the archaic child's conception and teenager as mere monitoring objects; thereby contributing to the promotion of consolidation of rights of subjects of idea.</description>

Abstract: This intervention project aimed to verify how the teachers of the Municipal School of Basic Education Juscelino Kubitschek position themselves in front of indiscipline caused by some students in the school environment. The overall objective was to reflect on theoretical frameworks that version of indiscipline and search based on basic education indicators of the occurrence of the theme proposed within the educational environment. For realization of the project was used as a tool two types of questionnaire with open and closed questions. One distributed to eight (8) teachers, and other applied to thirteen (13) students in the 8th year of elementary school. As a result of the project, it was found that the teachers are not as motivated and prepared to deal with conflicts involving students. Among the actions suggested for teachers to re-evaluate their practice was highlighted the promotion and organization of training courses for school teachers and management; development of the cultural week with lectures, workshops and theatrical presentation for teachers, engineers, students and their families with thematic violence and conflict mediation in the school environment; promotion to encourage reading, design school indoor playground - (dama, chess, dominoes, football) and promotion of family meetings / school through participatory management.</description>
