Abstract: This research presents the architectural preliminary design of a Fashion Creative Center located in Tobias Barreto, Sergipe, conceived as a strategy to foster social inclusion and regional creative economy development. The study is grounded in the understanding of fashion as a phenomenon that transcends aesthetics, acting as a vector for identity affirmation and socioeconomic transformation. The central problem lies in the lack of structured spaces in the municipality — recognized as the "Sergipe Capital of Embroidery" — that integrate professional training, production, and marketing for local artisans and
small entrepreneurs. Methodologically, the work adopts a qualitative approach, articulating bibliographic research, analysis of the textile production chain, and case studies of architectural typologies focused on creative production. As design guidelines, the proposal prioritizes spatial flexibility, the valuation of cultural heritage through elements such as Richelieu embroidery, and the application of bioclimatic strategies, including the use of "cobogós" and central courtyard for thermal comfort. The result culminates in an integrated infrastructure that seeks to strengthen the local productive arrangement, promoting social agency

Título: Proposta arquitetônica de um centro de restauração emocional voltado a pessoas com a síndrome de Burnout em Aracaju-SE
Autor(es): Santos, Davi Peterson Gonçalves dos
Abstract: This study proposes the development of an Emotional Restoration Center aimed at assisting individuals affected by Burnout Syndrome, to be implemented in Aracaju. The research is based on the understanding of burnout as a complex occupational phenomenon of contemporary society. In order to achieve the objectives of the proposal, concepts from Environmental Psychology are applied, considering the built environment as an element capable of influencing emotions, behaviors, and recovery processes. The study is also grounded in the concept of restorative environments, based on the Stress Recovery Theory
(SRT) and the Attention Restoration Theory (ART), emphasizing the importance of contact with nature and the creation of welcoming spaces. The research is complemented by the analysis of architectural references focused on mental health, from which guidelines are extracted for the development of the architectural preliminary design. It is concluded that architecture can significantly contribute to mental health care, acting as a support for emotional restoration and the users’ quality of life.

Abstract: Urban expansion in Aracaju, particularly in the southern portion of the city, has profoundly transformed the urban landscape through land valorization and the actions of the real estate market. Within this context, the Jardins neighborhood has become one of the city's main areas of vertical development, intensifying land occupation and increasing pressure on environmentally sensitive areas, especially the Tramandaí Municipal Ecological Park. This study aims to analyze the processes of urban growth and verticalization in the Jardins neighborhood, examining their implications for the production of urban space and their impacts on the mangrove ecosystem, while also developing prospective scenarios and proposing urban and environmental planning guidelines for the conservation of the study area. The research is based on a qualitative and quantitative case study supported by bibliographic review, documentary research, analysis of urban planning legislation, GIS-based spatial analysis, field surveys, historical image comparison, and case studies. The results indicate that verticalization has been closely associated with land valorization, resulting in significant landscape transformation, soil sealing, increased flooding, greater pressure on urban infrastructure, and progressive degradation of the Tramandaí mangrove ecosystem, aggravated by illegal waste disposal, clandestine sewage discharge, and insufficient environmental management. As its main contribution, the study presents two prospective scenarios for the area—one based on the continuation of current degradation trends and another founded on the principles of ecogenesis—as well as a set of urban, environmental, and landscape planning guidelines aimed at ecological restoration, improvement of public spaces, and the integration of environmental conservation with sustainable urban development.

Abstract: The vertical development of cities and the definition of urban planning parameters directly influence the amount of solar radiation reaching buildings, affecting aspects relating to environmental comfort and the utilisation of solar energy. In this context, the overall objective of this final-year project is to assess the influence of urban planning parameters in the city of Aracaju, Sergipe, on the efficiency of solar photovoltaic systems. The research was carried out through a literature review, an analysis of current urban planning legislation, three-dimensional modelling of different urban scenarios, and computer simulations of annual and seasonal global illuminance and the incidence of direct solar radiation. Among the scenarios analysed, the model with an occupancy rate of 50% and a utilisation coefficient of 1 (the Control scenario) performed best, whilst an increase in the utilisation coefficient significantly reduced illuminance levels. Doubling the utilisation coefficient reduced illuminance by around 10%, whilst quadrupling it resulted in a reduction of approximately 30%. In contrast, increasing the occupancy rate caused only minor variations, of around 2%. The results indicate that limiting the utilisation coefficient, combined with higher occupancy rates, promotes solar access in buildings. The results indicate that limiting the utilization coefficient, combined with higher occupancy rates, promotes solar access in buildings. It is concluded that the interaction between urban planning parameters influences the solar performance of buildings, as evidenced.
