Título: Dossiês acadêmicos do arquivo do departamento de administração acadêmica da Universidade Federal de Sergipe : uma análise documentária
Autor(es): Santos, Jéssyca da Cruz
Abstract: This article falls within the theme of typological studies and document management, focusing on the academic dossiers related to the core activities of the "DAA Archive," a unit subordinated to the Academic Administration Department of the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS). In line with the Research on Information Resources and Units Management proposed by the DCI, the following question arises regarding the paper-based dossiers of UFS students: What documents are included in these dossiers, and what management processes and practices are employed in their handling and organization? The general objective is to investigate the composition of the academic dossier, in paper form, of UFS undergraduates, contextualizing aspects related to its management by the custodial unit. Specifically, the objectives are: a) to present the sectoral archival information unit "DAA Archive," its place in the administrative hierarchy of UFS, the activities developed there, and its operational dynamics; b) to describe the documents that make up the student dossier in the DAA/UFS, explaining their purpose; c) to analyze the document management practices applied to this documentation by the custodial unit. The research is guided by typological documentary methodology and studies on document management disseminated by the following authors: Heloísa Bellotto, Heredia Herrera, Shirley Ferreira, and Igor Garcez. Data collected through document analysis allowed the establishment of a relationship between this typology and institutional and personal activities. Besides the initial objective, the study also analyzed the aspects and characteristics of the discussed typology, identifying that the "DAA Archive" is an unofficial informational unit.

Abstract: This study aimed to understand the challenges of SESC Aracaju's traveling libraries as an instrument of social development in needy communities in the capital, as well as identifying and describing the experiences of students benefiting from the project and the facilities and difficulties observed by collaborators. To this end, bibliographical research was used to provide the framework for the theoretical framework. An interview with the Bibliosesc coordinator was used to collect information. From the data analysis, it is possible to see the importance of the performance of these itinerant libraries for the quality of student education by making up for the lack of information units in the schools covered. Through the study carried out and the questions applied, it was found that the results can serve as support for the implementation of other itinerant libraries or even for measures to be taken towards expanding school libraries in the teaching networks of municipal public schools.
