Abstract: Introduction: Patient experience is defined as a sum of interactions that patients have with the health system and is an important theme in the search for quality in health services. In fact, patients are concerned with their care experience as much as with clinical efficacy and their safety, towards the centrality of care. Objective: To evaluate the dimensions of quality in health care in a municipality in the interior of Sergipe. Method: This is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach to data from the application of 02 questionnaires, one socioeconomic and another to evaluate primary care care in the user's view - PCAT, carried out through data collection to measure the experiences of patients who were approached in the Family Health Units (UBS) of a municipality in the interior of Sergipe. Results: 50 users of Primary Health Care from a municipality of Sergipe participated in the survey. The sample was predominantly composed of women (76%). Accessibility averaged 3.66, indicating great difficulties in access, such as limited hours and lack of service on weekends. Care coordination averaged 4.20, reflecting the lack of integration between services. The affiliation was the dimension with the highest score (9.40), showing a strong bond of users with the service. The community orientation averaged 5.51, suggesting the need for improvements. Conclusion: Although the affiliation to the system has been positive, aspects such as accessibility, coordination and comprehensiveness of services need to be improved.

Abstract: Introduction: Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) have a high socioeconomic impact and are one of the main causes of absenteeism in Brazil. Objective: To analyze the epidemiological, temporal, and spatial aspects of WMSDs in Sergipe from 2007 to 2022. Method: Ecological and time-series study, with spatial analysis. The 75 municipalities of Sergipe and all new cases of WMSDs registered in the period were included. Incidence rates were calculated based on the working-age population (WAP) and smoothed by the local empirical Bayesian method. Temporal trend analysis was conducted using segmented linear regression (Joinpoint), while global and local Moran indices (LISA) identified spatial clusters. Results: In the temporal analysis, an average annual increase of 19.7% (95% CI: 11.5–37.7; p =0.003) was observed between 2007 and 2012, followed by stabilization in subsequent years. The age group from 25 to 44 years showed an annual increase of 16.1% (95% CI: 6.4 – 38.7; p = 0.014), while workers over 60 years showed an annual reduction of -10.8% (95% CI: -17.8 – -4.7; p = 0.014). Female workers represented 59.6% of the reported cases. In the spatial analysis, Aracaju and Nossa Senhora do Socorro had incidence rates between 4.44 and 5.93 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, configuring hotspots. On the other hand, municipalities in the Alto Sertão Sergipano, such as Poço Redondo and Canindé de São Francisco, had rates below 1.48 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, being classified as coldspots. Conclusion: The results revealed an initial increase in WMSD notifications in Sergipe, followed by stabilization, with a higher concentration of cases in urban areas due to higher population density and intensive work activities. Rural areas face challenges related to underreporting and unequal access to health care. These results are essential to support public policies external to occupational health and interventions targeted at more vulnerable regions.

Abstract: Introduction: Disabilities resulting from stroke and their repercussions influence the loss of functionality and greater dependence, thus, approximately 30% of stroke survivors have severe functional disabilities, requiring continuous assistance to perform daily activities. Objective: To evaluate the functional capacity of patients 30 days after stroke. Method: Retrospective cross-sectional study carried out with 66 records of patients diagnosed with stroke, throughout the territory of Sergipe, treated at the Emergency Hospital between August 2022 and January 2023. Data collection used specific instruments and telephone contact 30 days after the stroke, to apply the Rankin Scale. The variables tested included age, gender, marital status, education, location, neurological status (Glasgow Coma Scale), post-stroke functionality, and Charlson Comorbidity Index. Statistical analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk, Levene, Chi-square, Fisher's exact and Mann-Whitney tests, with a significance level of 5% in the JASP software (version 9.1.0). Results: The sample consisted of two groups: Group 1 (G1) containing 14 patients without disability and Group 2 (G2) containing 52 individuals with functional disability. G2 was significantly older (median: 65.7 years) than those without disability (G1: 57 years) (p = 0.022). G1 showed a predominance of males (71.4%), while G2 had a higher prevalence of females (61.5%) (p = 0.057). The majority of G1 were married or in a stable union (92.9%), while G2 was predominantly widowed or single (57.7%) (p = 0.003). There were no statistical differences between the relationship between education level and place of residence and functionality. G1 presented mild scores on the Glasgow Coma Scale, while in G2 this condition was observed in 75% of cases (p = 0.015). Regarding functionality, 98% of G2 presented functional limitation after stroke, compared with 42.8% in G1 (p < 0.001), evidencing greater functional impact in the group with disability. Conclusion: Disability was associated with age, gender, marital status, comorbid burden, need for hospitalization, Glasgow Coma Scale score and functionality.
