It also objetives to prepare a software of evaluation that respondes to the needs and expectations of the professionals of education in these city. Thus, it was necessary to collect data directly related to the education of the municipality. A software, that can offer a systematic and easy way to access data, promises to be a useful tool for educational management. Therefore a qualitative and quantitative research was realized in the city Teodoro Sampaio – BA with participation of school communities and the Secretary of Education of the local administrative area in the period of 2008-2010. This research aimed, among others, to develop a profile of a software of evaluation that atends the demands of school management and, principally, of the municipal management of education. The software was named Evaluation System for the Municipal Education Management.
