In this context, digital marketing emerges as a strategic tool capable of enhancing the dissemination of knowledge, strengthening institutional image, and promoting greater interaction between museums and society. Within this scenario, the present research aims to propose a digital marketing plan for the Museum of Archaeology of Xingó (MAX), affiliated with the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS), with the purpose of strengthening digital communication and marketing strategies, increasing institutional visibility, and fostering greater engagement with audiences through the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT). This is an applied case study with a qualitative and descriptive approach that seeks to present digital tools and strategies and to consolidate the museum’s communication identity. The methodological procedures involved a systematic literature review, aimed at verifying the existing knowledge over the past ten years (2014–2025) in national and international databases. Interviews with the two managers enabled the identification of strategic aspects of the museum’s digital communication, while thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns emerging from interviews the various texts. Additionally, the SWOT matrix was applied to diagnose the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the museum’s digital communication. Based on this diagnosis, the technical product of this research—the Digital Marketing Plan for the Museum of Archaeology of Xingó—was developed, containing strategic guidelines and practical actions focused on the use of social media, content marketing, and optimization of informational communication. The results show that digital marketing, when integrated into information management, constitutes an essential instrument for strengthening museum institutions, contributing to the dissemination of knowledge, the appreciation of cultural heritage, and engagement with society. Given this scenario, the problem of this research emerged: how to develop the archival description of the digital academic records of undergraduate students at UFS? To address this issue, the general objective was to propose an archival description model for the digital records of the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS) that would ensure access, retrieval, and preservation of information in a digital environment. The specific objectives were to describe national guidelines for archival description, conduct an archival diagnosis of the CAA Archives to gather information necessary for archival description, and develop a model for the archival description of UFS's digital undergraduate academic records, focusing on information access and retrieval. The theoretical framework addressed Information Science, archival documentation, and the evolution of description standards, with an emphasis on comparing ISAD(G), NOBRADE, and Records in Contexts (RiC). The study demonstrated that, although NOBRADE represents a milestone in Brazilian archival science, its hierarchical logic limits its application to native-digital documents, while RiC offers a relational and multidimensional approach, better suited to the contemporary context. Methodologically, the research was descriptive, qualitative, and documentary and involved participant observation, focusing on the digital dossiers produced by UFS between 2021 and 2025. Archival diagnostics, SWOT, and SMART analyses were used, as well as experimentation with a description model based on RiC. The results highlighted institutional weaknesses, such as the lack of minimum metadata and a Trusted Digital Archival Repository, in addition to the limited participation of archivists in the process. The proposed model, based on RiC, enables the articulation of entities, attributes, and relationships in a graph, in addition to promoting greater flexibility, contextualization, and semantic interoperability. The conclusion is that adopting RiC represents an innovative solution for UFS, as it meets legal requirements and offers strategic benefits such as transparency, accessibility, and integration into digital information networks. It also seeks to establish high standards of rigor, transparency, truthfulness, responsibility, and reliability in academic-scientific practices, thereby contributing to the consolidation of a scientific community aligned with regulatory parameters of science. The field of investigation was the Federal University of Sergipe (UFS), focusing on the coordinators of Graduate Programs (PPGs), with the aim of understanding the profile of the coordinators and their programs, the institutional practices and initiatives, the needs and challenges faced, the references and good practices adopted, as well as suggestions for the format and accessibility of the final product of this research. The central objective was to contribute to strengthening the culture of ethics and scientific integrity in academic research conducted at UFS through the development of an Ethics and Scientific Integrity Guide, designed to orient responsible practices and promote critical reflection on research conduct. In this sense, this investigation is configured as a Case Study, aimed at understanding the different realities of the selected PPGs, making it possible to approximate the cases and contribute to meeting the needs identified in the academic community. With a qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were used as the main data collection instrument, complemented by an exploratory survey of institutional websites of Brazilian federal universities, in order to analyze ethics guides already implemented. For data analysis, Content Analysis by Laurence Bardin (2011) was applied. The results indicate that the development of the Ethics and Scientific Integrity Guide highlights the need to expand training actions on research ethics at UFS, in line with national and international standards that govern scientific integrity. Furthermore, the absence of a consolidated material in this area reinforces the strategic relevance of such a guide, especially in light of contemporary challenges, such as the misuse of Artificial Intelligence in academic research, which demand clear institutional positions in an increasingly hyperconnected society. The research was motivated by the observation of the low demand for Glóriense literature in the library’s collection, despite the availability of the works, due to the lack of literary mediation activities. The central problem investigated how a blog could be implemented to publicize and valorize these authors, promoting access and dialogue between readers and local writers. The specific objectives were to identify Glóriense writers and their works, to understand the process of creating a literary blog, and to present the platform to the community. The methodology employed was exploratory, bibliographic (Gil, 2008; 2002), and applied (Prodanov; Freitas, 2013), with documentary research in the library’s collection (Flick, 2009). An institutional diagnosis was carried out using SWOT analysis, which identified internal weaknesses such as limited infrastructure and lack of automation, but also external opportunities, such as the library’s central location and cultural partnerships. The documentary research cataloged the works of local authors, including biographies and information about their publications, which served as the core content for the blog. In addition, other public library blogs were analyzed to identify best practices, highlighting the promotion of local authors and the use of accessible language as models to be followed. The final product of the research was the creation of the “Vozes de Glória” blog, a digital platform designed to function as a catalog and showcase of the municipality’s literary production. The blog was structured with sections dedicated to authors, event news, book recommendations, and promotional materials, aiming to strengthen the ties between the community and its cultural heritage. The study concludes that the implementation of the blog satisfactorily addressed the need for literary mediation, considering the number of recent visits, expanding the visibility of regional literature and strengthening the library’s role as a promoter of local culture in a digital environment. For future work, it is suggested to include interactive content, such as interviews with authors, and to ensure continuous maintenance of the platform to guarantee its relevance.
