The sequence seeks to address a set of components related to Statistical Literacy, both knowledge and dispositional elements, and the Investigative Cycle composed of Problem, Planning, Data, Analysis and Conclusions (PPDAC), both applied in the discussion of the topic in focus. The results show that it is possible, based on an emerging theme, such as gender equality, to develop a proposal aimed at the development of Statistical Literacy.
