| Resumo : | Este trabalho apresenta e discute práticas de liderança vivenciadas por graduandos de Secretariado Executivo em seus estágios, no intuito de analisar como elas afetam a formação profissional desses estudantes. Para tanto, realizei um estudo qualitativo valendo-me de observação participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas, a fim de compreender como esses estudantes percebem e se utilizam dessas práticas de liderança. Assim, descrevo os estilos de liderança encontrados por esses graduandos em seus estágios, bem como mostro como a liderança afetou a atuação do líder e liderados nesses contextos. Por conseguinte, descrevo como o estágio profissional ajudou os graduandos em Secretariado Executivo a desenvolverem noções sobre práticas de liderança |
| Abstract: | This research presents and discusses leadership practices experienced by Executive Secretariat undergraduate students in their internships in order to understand how these students take notice and make use of such leadership practices. I will describe leadership styles found by these undergraduate students in their internships, as well as show how such leadership has influenced the performance of both the leader and the subordinates in that context. I therefore describe how the internship has helped the undergraduate students in Executive Secretariat develop notions on leadership practices |
