| Resumo : | As associações empresariais representam empresários de todos os portes e de diferentes setores da economia, sendo o maior percentual de associados as Micro e Pequenas Empresas, as quais apresentam as maiores dificuldades gerenciais, sofrendo com os problemas políticos e econômicos do país. As associações empresariais dedicam-se com maior ênfase a esses agentes da economia de grande representatividade no cenário nacional com a incumbência de representar seus associados, pois contribuem para a sua performance. Assim, surge a problemática de como mensurar a competitividade das associações empresariais através de indicadores de performance. O objetivo desse artigo foi realizar uma bibliometria e análise através de software Vosviewer utilizando os termos relacionados a essa problemática. Os resultados encontrados servirão para o auxílio de futuras pesquisas envolvendo essa importante entidade comprometida com o desenvolvimento local e regional. |
| Abstract: | The business associations represent entrepreneurs of all sizes and different sectors of the economy, with the highest percentage of members being Micro and Small Companies, which present the greatest managerial difficulties, suffering from the country's political and economic problems. The business associations dedicate themselves with greater emphasis to these agents of the economy of great representativeness in the national scenario with the responsibility of representing their associates, as they contribute to their performance. Thus, the problem arises of how to measure the competitiveness of business associations through performance indicators. The objective of this paper was to perform a bibliometric and analysis through Vosviewer software using the terms related to this problem. The results will serve to aid future research involving this important entity committed to local and regional development. |
