Estudo de caso da logística reversa de óleos lubrificantes e suas embalagens na cidade de Aracaju

Abstract

There is a growing demand for actions that minimize environmental impacts, especially in the productive sector, which is one of the most polluting. In this context, the law 1235/2010 was established by the government, which applies a method that must be used to adjust the destination for waste from the chain of consumption and production. The objective of this paper is to accomplish an evaluation of the way that the change of automotive lubricating oil occurs in the fuel stations of the city of Aracaju and, the service provision in relation to environmental sustainability. The methodology used to obtain these results was an objective questionnaire held in random fuel stations with employees qualified to execute this service. In the data analysis it was observed if the oil is destined for recycling, the frequency of collection of the oil for each station, the garbage separation system, as well as if all the employees interviewed have knowledge about the norms that govern this action. This way, it is concluded that the reverse logistics system used with the oils and their packaging is profitable and efficient, and almost all the fuel stations comply with the regulations of the sector.
