Egressos do curso de Secretariado Executivo da UFS : uma análise do perfil, formação e empregabilidade

Abstract

The present work had as general objective to analyze the Performance of the Egress of the Executive Secretariat course of the Federal University of Sergipe in the Labor Market. The specific objectives are: analyze the egress profile; describe the performance and Employability of graduates from the UFS Executive Secretariat; analyze the Academic Formation of the graduates. The research methodology is characterized as qualitative because it allows the collection and analysis of data in depth, thus being able to analyze the profile, training and areas of work in the job market of graduates in the Executive Secretariat of UFS. The analyzes indicate the evolution of the profession in Aracaju, however we can still see the lack of appreciation of the occupational profession in relation to this professional, since they have worked in areas related to their profession.
