| Resumo : | O presente trabalho teve como objetivo investigar sobre o inimigo e a sua relação com a Doutrina de Segurança Nacional (DSN), no período compreendido pela Ditadura Militar brasileira (1964-1985). Através de uma revisão bibliográfica e análise documental, se investiga a DSN e a figura do inimigo interno, sobretudo quando da “ameaça” desencadeada pela “iminente guerra revolucionária”. Inevitavelmente, por se tratar da guinada do Estado autoritário de 1964, foi necessário discorrer sobre os acontecimentos que acarretaram e legitimaram a tomada do poder pelas Forças Armadas, a exemplo do Governo João Goulart e as suas reformas de base. Em seguida, investiga-se o processo de criminalização a que foram submetidos os integrantes do PCB, tendo em vista que as agências de controle formal foram mobilizadas para perseguir, controlar e neutralizar os inimigos e os subversivos elencados pela Doutrina de Segurança Nacional. A figura do inimigo se torna uma “cláusula penal aberta”, tendo em vista que qualquer cidadão pode vir a tornar-se alvo das políticas repressivas de Estado. |
| Abstract: | The present work aimed to investigate about the “enemy” and your relation with the National Doctrine Security (NDS), in the period covered by the Brazilian Military Dictatorship. Through a literature review, NDS and the internal enemy figure are analyzed, especially when the “threat” Is triggered by “imminent revolutionary war”. Inevitably, because it’s the modification of the Authoritarian State of 1964, it was required to discuss about the events that caused and legitimized the takety of power by the armed forces, lead by example of the João Goulart Government and its basic reforms. In the following, it investigates the criminalization process that were submitted the PCB members, considering that the formal control agencies were mobilized to stalk, control and neutralize the enemies and the subversives listed by the National Doctrine Security. The enemy becomes an “open criminal clause”, considering that any citizen, towards an initiated inter war, it can become a target of the repressive state polices |
