A religião na ótica da psicologia

Abstract

This work aims to present a theoretical discussion on how religion is presented from the perspective of Psychology. It is an important study because it is noticeable that the religious phenomenon has a strong influence on the lives of human beings. During the research, several authors were consulted, who demonstrated in their writings that Religion and Psychology have always been a subject of studies, since the beginning of the history of mankind. It is based on the idea that Religion, despite being different from Psychology, can contribute positively or negatively to human development, as it acts on human behavior, has an influence on the human mind and we know that Psychology studies behaviors and the mind, that's why this is a significant approach. The research is characterized as bibliographic, as secondary sources were used.
