| Resumo : | Este trabalho foi escrito com o objetivo de propor um plano de ação para a formação continuada prevista na implementação da BNCC no estado de Sergipe que abrangesse tanto os desafios locais, quanto a equipe gestora reduzida. Assim, a primeira parte deste trabalho foi destinada à realização de um diagnóstico do cenário atual, de baixo alcance de professores da rede, dos módulos 1, 2 e 3 para implementação da BNCC em Sergipe. Em seguida, fez-se um levantamento bibliográfico e de soluções encontradas por outras redes. Por fim, estruturou-se um plano de ação a partir da metodologia da Teoria da Mudança, levando em consideração o contexto local e as possibilidades que as tecnologias educacionais podem agregar. |
| Abstract: | This work was written with the objective of proposing an action plan for the continued formation foreseen in the implementation of the BNCC in the state of Sergipe, covering both the local challenges and the reduced management team. Thus, the first part of this work was intended to carry out a diagnosis of the current, low-range scenario of modules 1, 2 and 3 for the implementation of the BNCC in Sergipe. Then, there was a bibliographical survey and solutions found by other networks. Finally, an action plan was structured based on the Theory of Change methodology, taking into account the local context and the possibilities that educational technologies can add. |
