Transferência de tecnologia no Brasil: considerações de 1950 a 1986

Abstract

Esta dissertação de mestrado em Ciências Jurídicas, foi defendida em 1986, na Pontifícia Universidade Cató1ica do Rio de Janeiro, e focalizou a evolução, durante os anos de 1950 a 1986, os controles e regulamentações referentes às tecnologias e investimentos de origem estrangeira no Brasil. Essa evolução, determinada, unicamente, pela expansão industrial brasileira, pode ser dividida em três períodos, tendo-se como base, de um lado, as contingências da economia nacional e, de outro, as políticas econômicas governamentais._________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: This dissertation in Legal Sciences, was held in 1986 at the Pontifical University of Rio de Janeiro Cató1ica, and focused on the evolution during the years 1950-1986, the controls and regulations relating to technologies and investments of foreign origin in Brazil. This evolution is determined solely by the Brazilian industrial expansion, can be divided into three periods, taking as base the one hand, the contingencies of the national economy and on the other, government economic policies.
