| Resumo : | O presente trabalho buscou apresentar, discorrer, comparar e analisar a obra O Quinze de Rachel de Queiroz, publicada em 1930, e o filme homônimo dirigido por Jurandir de Oliveira, que é uma adaptação do romance. A análise estabeleceu relações entre as semelhanças e diferenças existentes no processo de adaptação da escrita literária ao mundo cinematográfico, levando em consideração aspectos como a fidelidade e transposição de espaços e personagens. Como base teórica e crítica, foram utilizadas obras de Alvaro Luiz Hattnher (2010 e 2013) e Robert Stam (2006). Por fim, buscou-se formular uma análise crítica visando não somente às semelhanças/diferenças das obras analisadas, mas ao valor dos elementos contidos nelas. |
| Abstract: | The present work sought to present, discuss, compare and analyze the work O Quinze, by Rachel de Queiroz, published in 1930, and the homonymous film directed by Jurandir de Oliveira, which is an adaptation of this novel. The analysis established relationships between the similarities and differences existing in the process of adapting literary writing to the cinematographic world, taking into account aspects such as fidelity and transposition of spaces and characters. As a theoretical and critical basis, works by Alvaro Luiz Hattnher (2010 and 2013) and Robert Stam (2006) were used. Finally, we sought to formulate a critical analysis aiming not only at the similarities/differences of the analyzed works, but at the value of the elements contained in them. |
