| Resumo : | Nosso trabalho visa ao estudo da intertextualidade em As crônicas de Nárnia: O Leão, a Feiticeira e o Guarda-roupa, de C. S. Lewis (1898-1963). No que diz respeito à intertextualidade, utilizamos como base os estudos de Bakhtin (2010), Kristeva (2005) e Samoyault (2008). Para o estudo de Lewis e sua obra, utilizamos a biografia escrita por McGrath (2013) e a autobiografia escrita por Lewis (2015). Ademais, utilizamos também os estudos teóricos de Tolkien (2013), que foram observados em comparação com o pensamento estético de Lewis. Esta pesquisa foi centrada em entender como, através da intertextualidade, uma história pode ser recontada. Após este entendimento, adentramos na narrativa O Leão, a Feiticeira e o Guarda-roupa e apontamos como, em vários momentos da obra, o autor reconta histórias descritas em narrativas judaico-cristãs, além de observarmos a centralidade do personagem Aslam e a relação deste com Jesus Cristo. |
| Abstract: | Our work aims to study the intertextuality in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, by C. S. Lewis (1898-1963). With regard to intertextuality, we used the studies of Bakhtin (2010), Kristeva (2005), and Samoyault (2008) as a basis. For the study of Lewis and his work, we used the biography written by McGrath (2013) and the autobiography written by Lewis (2015). In addition, we also used the theoretical studies of Tolkien (2013), which were observed in comparison with Lewis' aesthetic thinking. This research was focused on understanding how, through intertextuality, a story can be retold. After this understanding, we entered the narrative The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and pointed out how, in several moments of the work, the author retells stories described in Judeo-Christian narratives, besides observing the centrality of the character Aslam and his relationship with Jesus Christ. |
