Aquele tal de teatro do negro: vertentes teatrais negras e teatro negro sergipano

Abstract

On this research we will highlight “That so Called Black Theater”, a term often utilized intentionally used as mockery and erasure by the Eurocentric ideal of making theater. All of that in the search of presenting the relevance of the Black theatrical strands and black theatrical groups, for the formation and propagation of black culture and art in Brazil. We utilized two guiding methods to obtain results, documental research and field research. Due to what was exhibit above, we will discuss the authors: Evani Tavares Lima (2011), Fernanda Júlia Barbosa (Onisajé) (2017), Elisa Larkin Nascimento (2014), and other references regards Black theater and ethnic-racial relations.
