| Resumo : | O trabalho reflete sobre a importância do letramento e a contribuição do mesmo para o desenvolvimento do ser humano. O estudo faz-se a partir da narrativa oral de uma pessoa letrada, porém não alfabetizada, onde na mesma relata sua trajetória de vida no âmbito escolar e a não aquisição da leitura e da escrita, o que não o impediu que se desenvolvesse em meio a sociedade. A análise compõe-se articulada aos estudos de Paulo Freire, LE GOFF, dentre outros autores. Conclui-se que o letramento independe do processo de alfabetização, o homem não alfabetizado, não é um ser vazio, pois o saber do mundo, antecede a aquisição do saber da leitura e da escrita. |
| Abstract: | The work reflects on the importance of literacy and the contribution of it to the development of the human being. The study is based on the oral narrative of a literate but not literate person, where in the same story his life trajectory in the school environment and the non acquisition of reading and writing, which did not prevent him from developing in the middle the society. The analysis is articulated to the studies of Paulo Freire, LE GOFF, among other authors. It is concluded that literacy is independent of the literacy process, the non- literate man, is not an empty being, because the knowledge of the world, precedes the acquisition of the knowledge of reading and writing. |
