| Resumo : | A modelagem é a arte de construir modelos e, em suas ramificacoes, destacamos os modelos de otimizacao, uma tecnica usada para maximizar ou minimizar uma funcao. A otimizacao tem varias subdivisoes, entre elas, a programacao linear (P L). A P L ajudou a resolver o problema da dieta proposto por Stigler em 1945. Sendo assim, a intencao deste estudo é apresentar ideias para minimizar os custos da alimentacao escolar do municıpio de Fátima-BA. O estudo mostrou que desconsiderando a palatabilidade dos alunos é possivel garantir todos os valores nutricionais para 1 (uma) refeicao diaria, a custo minimo. |
| Abstract: | Modeling is the art of building models, and in its ramifications we highlight optimization models, a technique used to maximize or minimize a function. Optimization has several subdivisions, among them, linear programming (P L). The P L helped solve the diet problem proposed by Stigler in 1945. Therefore, the intention of this study is to present ideas to minimize the costs of school feeding in a city called F´atima, in the state of Bahia, in Brazil. The study showed that disregarding the palatability of the students it is possible to guarantee all nutritional values for 1 (one) daily meal, at minimum cost. |
