| Resumo : | A revolução no Curdistão Sírio, ou Rojava, têm figurado as noticias em veículos da grande mídia, com imagens de guerrilheiras combatendo o dito Estado Islâmico. Um olhar mais cuidadoso, entretanto, perceberá a profundidade teórica de uma experiência que vai além da participação feminina em forças militares, mas que busca alterar as bases da sociedade contemporânea, transformando-a em uma sociedade empenhada nos direitos das mulheres. Partindo desse entendimento, o presente trabalho se propõe a analisar como Rojava, lida com os direitos das mulheres, partindo da análise do Contrato Social da região de 2014. O trabalho será dividido em três partes: a primeira visa entender o contexto histórico e social dos curdos e da região, principalmente por estar localizada em meio a Guerra Civil Síria, a segunda parte será destinada ao exame das teorias de Abdullah Ocalan, em especial aquelas que concernem os seus estudos de gênero e, na terceira parte, realizar-se-á uma análise da ideia de direito das mulheres e contrato social e suas aplicações em Rojava. |
| Abstract: | The revolution in Syrian Kurdistan, or Rojava, has been featured in the news in mainstream media, with images of guerrillas fighting the so-called Islamic State. A more careful look, however, will perceive the theoretical depth of an experience that goes beyond female participation in military forces, but which seeks to change the foundations of contemporary society, transforming it into one committed to women's rights. Based on this understanding, the present work proposes to analyze how Rojava deals with women's rights, based on the analysis of the Social Contract of the region of 2014. The work will be divided into three parts: the first aims to understand the historical and social context of the Kurds and the region, mainly because it is located in the middle of the Syrian Civil War, the second part will be devoted to the examination of Abdullah Ocalan's theories, especially those concerning his gender studies and, in the third part, an analysis of the idea of women's rights and the social contract and its applications in Rojava will be carried out. |
