| Resumo : | Este trabalho apresenta uma experiência particular da autora com a materialidade que a cerca. Enfatizando, para tanto, a relação dos seres humanos com as coisas, que também costumam ser entendidas enquanto objetos. As interpretações e narrativas associadas aos discursos arqueológicos pós-processuais acabam, por vezes, se perdendo na objetividade científica em que se pautam os espaços acadêmicos. Nesse sentido, a fim de simplificar a linguagem e despertar o interesse do público em geral (ou seja, pessoas de fora da arqueologia), o trabalho é construído a partir de uma narrativa que aceita a subjetividade da prática e a usa como uma ferramenta para compreender os aspectos que constituem a forma que assimilamos o mundo e como isso se reflete na cultura material. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents a particular experience of the author with the materiality that surrounds her. It emphasizes the relationship between human beings and things, which are also usually understood as objects. The interpretations and narratives associated with post-processual archaeological discourses sometimes get lost in the scientific objectivity in which academic spaces are based. In this sense, in order to simplify the language and instigate the general public (i.e., non-archaeologists), this paper emerges from a narrative that accepts the subjectivity of the practice and uses it as a tool to understand the aspects that constitute the way we assimilate the world and how this is reflected in material culture. |
