| Resumo : | No Brasil, por muitos anos a educação das pessoas com deficiências ficou evidenciada pela exclusão e após algum periódo, segregação, marcado por atendimentos realizados por instituições de cunho assistencialista sem fins pedagógicos. Após lutas por igualdade de direitos e a criação de documentos a nível internacional colaboraram para ter –se os arcabouços de normatizações que impulsionam a educação especial e inclusiva. Este artigo, tem como objetivo apresentar os principais marcos legais que contribuiram para oferecimento de uma educação como direito de todos e assim promover uma educação especial e inclusiva. Mas é notável que ainda há um longo caminho a percorrer para que essas legislações de fato sejam efetivadas na prática. |
| Abstract: | In Brazil, for many years, the education of people with disabilities was evidenced by exclusion and, after some period, segregation, marked by assistance provided by welfare institutions without pedagogical purposes. After struggles for equal rights and the creation of documents at an international level, they collaborated to have the normative frameworks that drive special and inclusive education. This article aims to present the main legal frameworks that contributed to offering education as a right for all and thus promoting a special and inclusive education. But it is notable that there is still a long way to go for these laws to actually be implemented in practice. |
