| Abstract: | A cefaléia tensional é o tipo de cefaléia mais presente na clínica, manifestando-se principalmente por espasmo da musculatura pericraniana e dor miofascial importante. O presente estudo discute seu diagnóstico e tratamento, evidenciando a importância da abordagem interdisciplinar no intuito de se promover a melhora da qualidade de vida destes pacientes._________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT: Tension-type headache is the most common kind of headache presented in clinics, expressed specially by pericranial muscular spasm and important myofascial pain. Present research discuss it's diagnose and treatment, evidencing importance of interdisciplinary approach with intuit of improving patient's quality of life. |
