| Resumo : | O presente artigo, através do estudo do direito ao desenvolvimento na seara nacional e internacional, pretende analisar as diretrizes utilizadas pelas Nações Unidas para erradicar a pobreza, objetivo fundamental previsto na Constituição Federal de 1988. De forma sucinta, foram verificadas as políticas públicas implementadas durante a consecução da Agenda do Milênio da Organização das Nações Unidas até 2015, os avanços decorrentes da iniciativa no contexto brasileiro, e os principais desafios a serem superados na Agenda 2030. Para tanto, foi utilizado o método indutivo de abordagem, através da coleta e análise de dados estatísticos, pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais acerca do tema. |
| Abstract: | This article, through the study of the right to development in the national and international area, intends to analyze the guidelines used by the United Nations to eradicate poverty, a fundamental objective from the 1988 Federal Constitution. Briefly, the public policies implemented during the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Agenda by 2015 were verified, the advances resulting from the initiative in the Brazilian context, and the main challenges to be overcome in the 2030 Agenda. To this end, the inductive approach method was used, through the collection and analysis of statistical data, bibliographic and documentary research on the subject. |
