Liderança feminina : uma análise nas revistas científicas de secretariado

Abstract

This research aimed to understand how female leadership themes are addressed in articles published in the Secretariat's journals, through a systematic literature review. The stages of the investigation were: mapping the productions, identifying the authors and institutions, and analyzing the methodologies and main aspects covered in the selected articles. The research was characterized as exploratory, with a quali-quanti approach, its procedures were based on the criteria of systematic review and bibliographical research. It was possible to verify that there is a strong presence of themes in relation to the difficulties and barriers that women face in their daily lives, highlighting that the biggest cause of these stigmas is the historical and cultural construction that permeates to current times, however, it stands out as some advances. Furthermore, the research also revealed that there are few articles published on the topic of female leadership in the Secretariat's journals. It was identified that among the articles found, most of the authors were women with doctorates, in addition to the fact that the public sector was the one that contributed most to the production of articles on the proposed topic.
