| Resumo : | Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar os meios adotados pelos discentes de Secretariado Executivo da Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS) para a geração de conhecimentos, voltados às questões de Formação Geral (FG) do Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (ENADE). A investigação configura-se como um estudo de caso, utilizando como instrumentos de coleta de dados as tabelas do Conceito ENADE dos anos de 2009, 2012, 2015 e 2018, e um questionário aplicado aos inscritosna referida instituição para a realização do exame em 2018. Os resultados indicam que o principal meio adotado pelos estudantes para se manterem atualizados quanto às notícias e aos assuntos do país e do mundo são os programas televisivos e as revistas digitais. Embora a primeira indicação surja também como instrumento de preparação para a prova de FG, os respondentes indicaram os livros como segundo recurso para os estudos específicos sobre conhecimentos gerais. Em conclusão, constatou-se que ainda que osestudantes tenham mencionado aspectos que envolvem um comportamento interessado na permanente atualização, isso parece não representar uma evolução nos seus resultados sobre conhecimentos gerais. |
| Abstract: | This study aimed to analyze the means adopted by the students of Executive Secretariat of the UniversidadeFederal de Sergipe (UFS) for the generation of knowledge, focused on the questions of General Formation (FG) of the National Examination of Student Performance (ENADE). The investigation is configured as a case study, using as instruments of data collection the tables of the ENADE Concept of the years 2009, 2012, 2015,and 2018, and a questionnaire applied to those enrolled for the realization of the exam in 2018. The results indicate that the primarymeans adopted by students to keep updated with the newsand issues of the country and the world are television programs and digital magazines. Although the first indication also appears as a preparation tool for the FG exam, respondents indicated books as the second resource for specific studies on general knowledge. In conclusion, it was found that even though the students mentioned aspects involving a behavior interested in permanent updating, this does not seem to represent an evolution in their results on general knowledge. |
