| Resumo : | O objetivo geral deste trabalho foi analisar a atuação das mulheres formadas em secretariado que exercem funções de liderança na Grande Aracaju, identificando os desafios e oportunidades enfrentados. Para tal, foi necessário: descrever quais as atividades de liderança exercidas por essas mulheres; caracterizar o tipo de liderança das mulheres formadas em secretariado; identificar os principais desafios enfrentados por essas mulheres na ascensão à liderança e no exercício de suas funções; e analisar a percepção das mulheres referente a diferença de gênero no acesso a cargos de liderança. Quanto a metodologia, se caracteriza como pesquisa qualitativa com abordagem exploratória, sob análise de conteúdo e o método usado foi estudo de caso múltiplo incorporado. Foram conduzidas 2 entrevistas com mulheres formadas em secretariado e que exercem a função de liderança, elas possuem 53 e 49 anos e estão na função a menos de 5 anos. Como conclusão destaca-se que os estilo apontados foram o paternalista e o democrata, e como principais desafios tivemos duas grandes questões a redução do tempo para lazer apontado e conciliar vida profissional e trabalho. |
| Abstract: | The overall objective of this study was to analyze the performance of women with secretarial degrees who hold leadership positions in Greater Aracaju, identifying the challenges and opportunities faced. To this end, it was necessary to: describe the leadership activities carried out by these women; characterize the type of leadership of women with secretarial degrees; identify the main challenges faced by these women in ascending to leadership and in performing their duties; and analyze women's perception of gender differences in access to leadership positions. As for the methodology, it is characterized as qualitative research with an exploratory approach, under content analysis and the method used was multiple embedded case study. Two interviews were conducted with women with secretarial degrees who hold leadership positions; they are 53 and 49 years old and have been in the position for less than 5 years. In conclusion, the styles pointed out were paternalistic and democratic, and as main challenges we had two major issues: the reduction of leisure time and reconciling professional and work life. |
