A organização hospitalar e o trabalhador em saúde: relação de dedicação e incertezas

Abstract

The research Hospital organization and the health worker: Relationship of dedication and uncertainty walks the path of complaints and the psychic symptomatology of the health worker, in the Sergipe Hospital Institution. The research goes beyond the binomials oppressor-oppressed, victim-aggressor, employer and employee, binomials that, in other areas of psychology such as socioclinics, are still present. The research, its emphasis, is on the relationship between the Workers and the Hospital and is directed, not at the game of oppositions, but at the mode of relationship that we call alliance. The subject who works in health lives the drama inside the Hospital, either because of the frequent occurrence of death, of illnesses, or because of the organization of work, which insists on destabilizing him in his psychic organization. The daily routine of the hospital affects the working subject, in the certainties of the meanings about life and the future, and also imposes on him, by the ethics/moral of care, values such as love, donation and sacrifice. This research highlights the meeting of two realities: the Institutional and the Subject, which intersect, producing the enigma of the relationship. Understanding the relationship between the Health Worker and the Emergency Hospital of Sergipe, through the clinical experience of the psychologist-researcher, is the objective of this research, also adding the search for the understanding of the engendering of Institutional values with the particular dynamic of the Health Worker Subject. The way, the method of reaching the goal, was carried out with the organization and narratives \ narratives of the clinical care provided by the psychologist-researcher and worker of the Institution researched. The elaboration of the material, in clinical reports/narratives, allowed the analysis and discussion of the relation of the working subject with the Hospital Institution, from a place of production of Identities as well as a place of repetition of the structuring and psychic constitution of the subject. The conclusion, to which the research directs us, is that of the working subject who suffers, without knowing it, with his fantasy, in a cycle of repetition bound by the demand of love.
