| Resumo : | O presente trabalho foi construído a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e entrevista, traçando uma trajetória histórica desde a educação especial na época do Império até os dias atuais, com a construção de uma educação inclusiva.Mostramos que a educação segregacionalconsiderava como problema os alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais, até o reconhecimento destes como sujeitos de direitos reconhecidos, inicialmente pela Constituição Federal de 1988. Sabemos que o estágio da educação inclusiva hoje no Brasil não está em seu patamar ideal, porém, o aparato legal nos dá suporte para a construção de uma educação inclusiva, como demandam as leis. |
| Abstract: | This work was built from literature, documentary and interview, tracing a historical trajectory from special education at the time of the Empire, until the present day with the construction of inclusive education, we show the segregational education students with special educational needs were considered problems, to the recognition of these as subjects of rights recognized initially by the Constitution of 1988. we know that the stage of inclusive education in Brazil today is not at its optimal level, but the legal apparatus in support for building an inclusive education, as the laws require. |
