| Resumo : | Este trabalho analisa a realidade das mulheres no mercado de trabalho brasileiro durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Para tanto, apresenta uma análise sobre o mercado de trabalho brasileiro articulando as dimensões de classe, raça e gênero; identifica os aspectos que marcam a participação das mulheres no mercado de trabalho diante das múltiplas jornadas e investiga os efeitos da pandemia sobre as condições de trabalho das mulheres no Brasil. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, de caráter bibliográfico e análise documental, com base em dados oficiais e produções acadêmicas sobre o tema. A necessidade desta pesquisa decorre do aprofundamento das desigualdades estruturais já existentes no mercado do trabalho, intensificadas pelo contexto pandêmico, sobretudo em um cenário marcado pela precarização das relações trabalhistas e pela retirada de direitos da classe trabalhadora. Os resultados indicam que a pandemia aprofundou desigualdades de gênero e raça já existentes no mercado de trabalho brasileiro. |
| Abstract: | This study analyzes the reality of women in the Brazilian labor market during the Covid-19 pandemic. To this end, it presents an analysis of the Brazilian labor market articulating the dimensions of class, race, and gender; identifies the aspects that mark women's participation in the labor market in the face of multiple work shifts; and investigates the effects of the pandemic on women's working conditions in Brazil. Methodologically, the research employs a qualitative and quantitative approach, of a bibliographic and documentary nature, based on official data and academic productions on the subject. The need for this research stems from the deepening of existing structural inequalities in the labor market, intensified by the pandemic context, especially in a scenario marked by the precariousness of labor relations and the erosion of workers' rights. The results indicate that the pandemic deepened existing gender and racial inequalities in the Brazilian labor market. |
