| Resumo : | Sabe-se que as organizações buscam ferramentas que possibilitem o alcance de seus objetivos. A Lean Seis Sigmas consiste numa união de técnicas que permitem garantir a qualidade dos processos ao mesmo tempo que amplia a visão estratégica das empresas. Baseado nessa abordagem, este estudo visa mostrar por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, a junção de dois métodos, a Lean e os Seis Sigmas em aplicações direcionadas ao campo logístico. Além disso verificar o quanto essa relação pode trazer de benefícios estratégicos e financeiros para as organizações. |
| Abstract: | It is known that organizations seek tools that enable the achievement of its objectives. The LeanSeisSigmas is a union of techniques that guarantee the quality of processes at the same time broadens the strategic vision of the company . Based on this approach , this study aims to show through a literature review , the junction of two methods, Lean and Six Sigma applications directed to the logistics field. Also check how this relationship can bring strategic and financial benefits to organizations. |
