| Resumo : | A presente investigação objetivou fazer um estudo analítico a respeito da relação entre a Pesquisa Operacional (PO) e a Logística em uma organização do ponto de vista da melhoria dos resultados da Logística através da aplicação dos métodos decisórios da PO nos processos da Logística (Transporte, Matéria-prima, Estoque, etc). O principal Objetivo é mostrar que muitos dos problemas enfrentados pelo departamento de Logística em uma organização podem ser resolvidos por uma simples aplicação de uma Pesquisa Operacional, feita por um profissional competente para tal ação. |
| Abstract: | This research aimed to make an analytical study of the relationship between the Operations Research (OR) and the logistics on a point of view of the organization's improved results of the logistics through the application of the three methods of PO in the processes of Logistics (transportation, raw materials, stock, etc). The main goal is to show that many of the problems faced by the logistics department in an organization can be solved by a simple application of Operations Research, by a competent person for such action. |
