| Resumo : | A violência escolar é um fenômeno social que sempre esteve presente no ambiente da escola, mas existe uma alteração na observação deste fenômeno pela sociedade. Atualmente a violência é enfrentada como um problema que já se instalou no interior das escolas e não é mais possível desprezá-la. A presente pesquisa buscou proporcionar sucintas ponderações sobre a educação e sua função socialmente determinada, com a ideia de situar o ambiente no qual se produz e reproduz essa violência. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico realizada para tentar entender, através da bibliografia estudada as características e alguns dos determinantes desse tipo de violência. |
| Abstract: | School violence is a social phenomenon that has always been present in the school environment, but there is a change in the observation of this phenomenon by society. Violence is now seen as a problem that has already settled inside schools and it is no longer possible to disregard it. The present research sought to provide brief reflections on education and its socially determined function, with the idea of situating the environment in which this violence is produced and reproduced. It is a qualitative research of a bibliographical character made to try to understand, through the bibliography studied the characteristics and some of the determinants of this type of violence. |
