| Resumo : | O presente trabalho apresenta uma explanação sobre o mundo do trabalho desde o fim do século XIX e início do século XX, quando surgiu o Taylorismo, Fordismo e em seguida o Toyotismo, que foram os modelos de produção industrial aplicados nessa época. Além disso, são traçadas algumas considerações sobre o setor terciário, setor de serviços com foco maior para as empresas de Telemarketing. Também é feita uma discussão sobre o setor de serviços no Brasil, debatendo sobre os setores primário, secundário e terciário. E por último, um breve mapeamento do setor de telemarketing no Brasil e da relação existente entre precarização do trabalho e telemarketing. |
| Abstract: | The present work presents an explanation about the world of work from the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth century, when Taylorism, Fordism and then Toyotism appeared, which were the models of industrial production applied at that time. In addition, some considerations are drawn about the tertiary sector, a service sector with a greater focus for Telemarketing companies. There is also a discussion about the service sector in Brazil, debating the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors. And finally, a brief mapping of the telemarketing sector in Brazil and the relationship between precarious work and telemarketing. |
