| Resumo : | Neste trabalho procuramos fazer um resgate histórico do vôlei, tendo como objetivo analisar a relevância de certos acontecimentos históricos para esta modalidade bastante difundida e de grande aceitação e gosto popular no cenário contemporâneo brasileiro (e mundial). Em seu transcurso histórico, o voleibol passou por algumas adequações e reconfigurações, principalmente em relação à espetacularização esportiva, na tentativa de se tornar um esporte massificado e popularizado no Brasil. Assim, mesmo que de forma introdutória, procuramos pensar sobre esta temática relacionando às possíveis articulações com a formação inicial em Educação Física e as possibilidades deste componente curricular na escola, na relação esporte-mídia. |
| Abstract: | In this paperwork we attempt to make a historical research of volleyball, aiming to analyze the relevance of certain historical events concerning this widespread and widely and popularly accepted modality in the contemporary Brazilian (and global) scenario. In its historical course, volleyball has gone through some adjustments and reconfigurations, mainly in relation to the sports “spectacularization”, in the attempt to become a widespread and popularized sport in Brazil. Thus, notwithstanding in an introductory way, we aim to think about this issue relating to the possible articulations with the initial formation in physical education and the possibilities of this component in school curriculum, in the sports-media relationship. |
