Here we discuss the laws and behind-the-scenes forces that govern internal and external political games, decision-making, the forces behind macroeconomic maneuvers that define the life and development of nations. Since economics is a human science, in the fashion of economic science historians, I will use historical facts to support the laws presented here. Thus, these laws are the synthesis of 50 years of economic plans applied in Brazil's economic policy. All of these were compiled or synthesized from political and economic facts reported by economists or lectures by people linked to the Brazilian government, government agencies or taken from historical facts documented by Larousse and British encyclopedias and BBC documentaries. As I can’t prove the intentions of these acts, in the style of the work the Prince of Machiavelli, I will expose the facts in the form of laws or prescription of how the Republican Despot acts in its political and commercial actions with other democracies, whether they are Republicans or not.eng
