Secretariado executivo e governança : uma análise nas revistas de secretariado

Abstract

The literature shows that the relationship between Executive Secretariat and Governance is little explored by the academy; even though there is a great relationship between the parties, as many secretaries develop the role of Governance agents, but they do not recognize themselves a such professionals, as pointed out by the study by Azevedo et al. (2020), ratified by the research of Camargo et al. (2021). Thus, this study sought to analyze the characteristics of studies and researchers who published articles on the themes Governance and Secretariat in the journals highlighted on the website of the Brazilian Secretariat Research Association. Aiming to build a support base for the analysis of the works, a review was prepared on the articles produced on the subject; as well as a mapping of the main actors that produce on the subject within the magazines nominated in Brazilian Secretariat Research Association. To achieve the objective of the study, we used the Systematic Review of Integrative Literature, followed by exploratory research with qualitative and quantitative bias. As main results we have that the production about the relationship between Secretariat and Governance is very incipient, needing further study. Among the studies while the others describe Governance based decision making. In addition, the largest scientific production on the subject is part of the Federal institutes of University Education located in the Southeast region. In relation to the authors of the works, it was observed that most of them are doctors in the area of Social and Applied Sciences.
