O impacto da precarização do trabalho das(os) analistas de serviço social no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de Sergipe

Abstract

This study investigates the impacts of job precarization on the work of Social Work analysts at the Court of Justice of Sergipe (TJSE), focusing on professionals working in the Psychosocial Units of the Judicial Expertise Coordination. The need for this research arises from the fact that Social Work, as part of the socio-technical division of labor in the socio-legal field, is directly affected by processes of precarization, outsourcing, and work overload. The general objective is to analyze the impacts of precarization on the working conditions of Social Work analysts at TJSE. The specific objectives include: analyzing the foundations of labor and its transformations under capitalism, with emphasis on the period of productive restructuring after 1970; investigating the practice of Social Work in the Brazilian socio-legal field; problematizing the work reality of social workers at TJSE; and understanding the measures adopted by organized entities to confront this issue. The research is exploratory and documentary in nature, supported by a bibliographical review and developed using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that productive restructuring and the advance of neoliberalism have intensified the precarization of working conditions for social workers in the Sergipe Judiciary.
